Mr. Nikhil Chaudhary is a biotechnologist and a dietitian who understands food, physiology, biochemistry, and genetics well based out of Hyderabad. “The Burning Solution” is his first book in a series he plans to write on various health conditions. Mr. Nikhil Chaudhary has worked with people to reverse various health conditions using natural food and lifestyle. His works on reversing last-stage cancers, liver conditions, and heart disease markers have been published/presented in international journals and conferences. Interviewed by all leading newspapers and online platforms, he is regularly invited to speak at various forums internationally. Mr. Nikhil is on a mission to create a tribe of 1 million health epicenters who will change the community around them and together change the world. He wants to achieve it by empowering people with knowledge about how to take complete control of their health.

The commonly adopted methods and suggestions received online are exactly the opposite of what people should be doing and therefore never work for long-term relief.
Unfortunately, people undergoing treatments for ailments like cancer and infections as well have acidity as a side effect. This slows the treatment process and dampens their spirit to fight back. This book will be a huge benefit to these people as well.

My Views:
In the era where the digestive system of people around the world relies on the drugs like Pantoprazole, Domperidone, and Rabeprazole. Nikhil’s “The Burning Solution” is a blessing in disguise. This book talks about the natural & lifestyle changes to adapt and act upon the dangerous dragon of the body “Acidity”.
I am sure we all are victims of terminology like “Acidity”, “indigestion issues” and “HeartBurn” in our respective lives.
Mr. Nikhil talks about natural reversal techniques via simple lifestyle hacks to get an effective solution for this so-called “acidity”. This book is dissected into four major chunks of two parts.
1. Understand
2. Recognise
3. Cause
4. Solution
Every chapter talks about aspects in a fully detailed manner. I could see the experience of Mr. Nikhil in every line I read. He also provided the statistical information along with the steps to be taken care to reverse the acidity levels. I can thoroughly say no piece of information or data is left that is not captured in the book with respect to the digestive system and acidity. In the chapter “Solution: Dietary Change” he elucidated the short-time, intermediate and long time solutions to handle this daemon effectively.

The next part talks more about the knowledge of the human body and lifestyle for an acidic-free tomorrow. A chapter specifically talks about various Hormones and their role in our day-to-day activities and so on. Another chapter is fully dedicated to the “LIFESTYLE CHANGES“, which is my personal favorite in the entire book. In this chapter, Mr. Nikil comes up with a huge list of adaptable things to be inculcated in one’s life for a problem-free life. The next chapter proceeds to explain one of the important aspects of the Indian lifestyle: FASTING under this he spoke a few pages on the techniques, procedures, side effects, and positive points of it. The final chapter is fully dedicated to one of the common ailments specifically middle age people: Diabetes and the association of acidity with it. He ends the book with a detailed summary and a detailed and customized diet plan with working timelines.

Verdict:
I would rather call this book a reference manual for a healthy lifestyle and a detailed statistical guide cum cheat sheet for your body specifically for your digestive system and to reverse acidity with simple and effective lifestyle changes. I am sure many days of research went into drafting the book and can be sensed from every line of the book
