Book Presentment..!!

Archana Doshi, founder of Archana’s Kitchen doesn’t need any introduction to the world of food and recipes. Her website is an absolute emancipator for those who want to bring heterogeneity from conventional cooking dishes. It’s not an exaggeration if I say, her recipes carry the legacies of India’s length and breadth plus the culture reflections. Ample articles on the “Lunch Box” Ideas are my go-to place to get aberration in my daily lunch menu.

As a foodie, I always used to think there should be a written collection document that can serve as a quick manual for those who can learn, adapt, and prepare the food. I strongly believe ‘Life is too short to eat boring food‘, being quick in preparation and ushering divergence isn’t an easy task.

Archana’s new release “Tasty Tiffin” will be an extrication for those who want to break the stereotype of eating the same food, style, and taste. This equally addresses those who cook and pack food for their kid’s regular lunch. One of the biggest worries that moms of school-going kids face daily is “What to cook for a mid-day meal for their kids?“. It often becomes tedious for the moms to plan for the lunch boxes and even miss out on essential aspects like fiber, vitamins, proteins, and whole grains.

Unique Selling Point..!!

Doshi curated 40+ delicious and most importantly healthy and nutritive recipes for moms to cook and pack for their loved ones. Creativity and dietary balance are truly maintained in each recipe she presented plus preventing obesity, and developing good eating habits. Archana accompanied the recipes with pulchritudinous snapshots. Not limiting to Indian variegation she equally bestowed International food variants in this book.

Book Aesthetics..!!

First I wish to appreciate “Ramnika Sehrawat” for designing the attractive cover to set a perfect tone for the readers. Every dish accompanies a detailed photograph of the dish that linger your taste buds and also serves as an inspiration to try that particular dish. All high-definition images accompany a gradational edification for the recipe making. Most importantly author curated the recipes with complaisant food ersatz ideas.

Archana also took this as an opportunity to induce healthy tips in this book, so that it helps to clarify the common queries that turn up during the meal-making process. I am truly persuasive to have this book in my kitchen. This book can also be a helping aid to single personnel(bachelor/bachelorette), guide those who want to make their lunchboxes bewitching and make your colleagues envious.

Not to miss the fact, this book comes with a lunch planner (weekly) that can help to jot down the grocery needs and can serve as a pre-planning guide to make your choice easy.

Tasty Tiffin is a must-have for every Indian Parent
