My Thoughts:
This book is a Routine based solution approach. With the ample knowledge the author carries and the expertise in “Life Skills” This work is a feast for the seekers. Firstly, I loved the narrative style and the portrayal stream of the chapters and divisions. Illustrative elucidation and detailed analysis are the key highlights of this book.

The author firmly believed: “Learning is a lifelong process” and this is keenly seen in the entire book. I love the way the author clarified my age-old myths and how an “Enlightened Learner” brings a positive impact on society. This book comes with 9 chapters and a 7-step formula that helps to change your mindset & evolve as a learner. This book was written centric to the author’s son, Nishchay, and his journey toward becoming an “Enlightened Student”.A handful of tips and techniques are made available in this book along with worksheets for the benefit of readers.

“Transform your Mindset” chapter where Supreet Kaur spoke about the Mindset paradigm shift and the subsequent after effects with meaningful examples. One of the chapters deals explicitly with the tools and motivational snippets to cultivate the habit of “Better Learning”. Special mention to the chapter “Happiness Formula” where the author gave a legit way of making people understand and harness Happiness and levels of happiness.

Overall, if you are looking for a gizmo of life skills and growth aspects this book will be the best choice; especially for parents and growth-centric individuals who wish to bring in the attitude of an “Enlightened Learner”. This book can be finished in one sitting and there are many facets to take note of.

Points to Ponder:
1. Random acts of kindness towards others can increase Oxytocin
2. Passion is needed to gain self-confidence & a satisfied ego.
3. Mastering new skills is not optional in today’s times.
