Blurb:
Major Virat Singh Rajput was once a fearless Black Cat commando who had saved Mumbai from its venomous perpetrators. His life took a beautiful turn when he got engaged to Pratishtha Sachdev, the girl he had selflessly loved for the last fourteen years.
Everything was blissful, until one day Pratishtha mysteriously went missing. Virat, who was hailed as India’s hero, has now become a villain and is facing a certain death penalty.  Only one woman can save him. Criminal Defence Lawyer Vaishnavi Pandit has not won her first six cases. She is adamant to win her seventh.

My Views:
One more thriller into my reading kitty. Author has been pretty successful in differentiating between love towards motherland,family/friends and an exceptional person.

The book starts with a dialog exchange between a lawyer and DIG of prisons who wishes to defend the criminal Virat delve further moves on to explain the reason behind him becoming a serial killer from a NSG commando who led the operation Black Tornado at the Mumbai Taj. During the course of discussion, Virat opens up his past life and missing of his lady love Pratishtha.

Wait..Wait..Wait..!!!
Do you need me to write complete story in review.
No way!!!

Get Here:
Love of my life

This book answers many answers (during course of narration, till end)
1. How and why did NSG commando turn as a serial killer ?
2. Did he find his love prasthishtha Sachdev ?
3. Who is (are) the reason(s)of these consequences? ?

Author has taken an adventurous decision in weaving a story based on current day topics like terrorism. Book goes with perfect narration and decent pace, very nice cover picture, notable quotes on love/life is an added advantage to the book, apt title. Overall this book has the flavor of crime, thrill, love, romance, revenge, friendship and so on. This is one of those books which I felt a background screen playing immediately when I started to read. I rate”love of my life” a 3.75/5.

“Sometimes the dark hues of our past keep blemishing our colorful present”

Few recommendations:
Kabir characterization would have made better.
Climax could have been a little more better
At a few places the story is predictive
