What to expect from this book?

This innovative results-driven handout is a paradigm to unveil a healthy healing routine inculcating the systematized groove to bring body, mind, and soul under one’s control to regain vigor, elation, and serenity.

I do acquiesce with the thought of “Good food is the foundation of good health.”, as this book starts with a comprehensive list of hundred-plus fruit, veggie, nuts, seeds, grains, superfoods, hydrating drinks, and so on that catalyse the well-being. this list equally accompanies respective gains those bring upon consumption.

This methodical checklist offered three dissections as everyday practice. The first chunk talks about the rephrase, second part is more to talk about the food and nutriment, and the last part is more on cognizance/contemplation.

  • Rephrase
    • While an unintentional trigger grabs our mental peace via negativity, this chunk has a handful of prompts to push negativity and invite optimistic thoughts.
  • Nutriment
    • “Good food is the foundation of genuine happiness.”. This book reinforces the need for apt food habits and a decluttered mindset along with healthy practices centric to cut down on junk food and thoughts
  • Insights & Reflections
    • Inculcating a positive mindset and thoughtful reflections are something every soul demands in this time-driven world. This part of the checklist provided by the author elucidates appreciative affirmation.

All three segments are essential for ending the day in high spirits. The interesting part is the handful of prompts in every section; the author gains full marks for all those curated elements. Every chunk in everyday reflections gives scope for mini journalling, we can always look back and transform for a better pinnacle.

As this is a customized fifty-day checklist to tackle stress and chronic fatigue, this book always allows to take a pause in between or tailor it according to the practitioner’s need for adaptability. While I am discussing this book after 15+ days of practicing the prompts provided. I could sense a sign of positivity unleashing “NEW ME” as I am thoroughly sculpting myself, chucking out negative thoughts and cultivating healthy habits plus manifesting a let-go mindset.

Is this book a value add to readers?

Though there are similar books available in the market, this book is an exceptional pick for me due to the simple vocabulary, uncomplicated prompts and easily doable accomplishments to bring drastic results. There isn’t a single aspect that I can suggest under scope of improvement as this is an irreproachable bestowal.

Combined with all flavourful blue color blends and spectacular floral patterns, this enthralled book cover needs a special mention. The artist’s impression of the third EYE is an indubitable telltale of spiritual awakening, while the lotus flower signifies enlightenment and the resemblance of physical and spiritual connections via Quartz cum celestial embodiments. I am pretty sure the  lion’s share of book success should be credited to book cover.

Key prompt(s) I liked in this check-list guide:

  • Take time to chew each bite slowly and mindfully.
  • Practice “letting go” of one small worry
  • Avoid things that drain your spiritual energy
  • Visualize yourself accomplishing a goal.

I sincerely wish this book was available in the Indian subcontinent. The curated checklist is necessary for every individual to welcome spiritual awakening and invite “NEW YOU.” Wish me good luck in the comments to accomplish my 50-day journey towards a stress-free environment and to regain inner peace, and body-mind control culminated with healthy routines and worthy nutritious intake.
