The key to unlocking yourself isn’t always found meditating on some distant mountaintop, but right in the heart of your everyday life. Walking Inward isn’t your typical spiritual journey.

Are you tossing and turning at night? Drifting off during the day? You might have a sleep problem. Geared toward It’s raw. It’s real. It’s not about becoming someone else—it’s about unleashing and freeing yourself. This is an expedition into the soul of modern life, where spirituality meets reality, and where the stories of others become the mirror that reflects back your own truth.

Through the eyes of different characters—each facing their own struggles, desires, and dreams—you’ll see yourself. Their journeys will reveal hidden parts of your own, showing you that spirituality doesn’t require a retreat from the world, but rather an intimate dance with it.

This book will take you beyond meditation cushions and into the pulse of your daily routine—work, relationships, chaos, and all. It’s about learning to walk the spiritual path while fully immersed in the world, where each moment offers an opportunity to come back to yourself, to realign, and to find your center.

What does this book offer..!?!

For me ‘Walking Inward – A Spiritual Wanderlust‘ is a perfect getaway towards a meaningful spiritual journey. The author introduces a 21-day plan through 21 exemplar personnel and their respective ethereal anecdote.

Being a relentless follower of ModMonk on all social media channels, I adore her thought process and profound reflections. By breaking the stereotypical meditation practices, the author takes readers on a unique spiritual expedition through this book.

My take..!!!

My reading style is to consume it a little, digest it fully, and proceed slowly. This book is the best pick for my reading spree, as the author rightly pointed out, every part of this book is a mystical unleash. Diving into the respective protagonists, I could see myself in their shoes and follow those insights assiduously.

I confess, I was pretty sure this book would be arduous and burdensome to read, as Aanshul is known for her prodigious cognizance in the field of spirituality. Nevertheless, the way the book advances is sheer retreat for me and for the readers who are spiritual pathfinders. The author also furnishes revelatory activities at the end of every chapter so that readers can reverberate the respective day’s understanding and act upon it.

My Pick..!!

Decent vocabulary, systematic advancements, spectral manifestation, and adroit enlightenment towards the path of the personal onward journey are some things the readers can resonate with while reading this book.

Book Quote(s)..!!

  • The man who dances in ecstasy of aloneness will never be lonely.
  • If you regret loving someone, let me tell you it was never love to begin with.
  • Most people are attached to others as if they have ownership and call it love. What a way to fool oneself!

Walking Inward is a holistic handout that helps to reflect journey within to enrich self-awareness and unfold the magic of life that not only transforms habits but also brings more clarity of life free from chaos and uncertainty.
