About Author..!!
At heart, Meetu is a spiritual seeker. Largely self-taught, this journey ran parallel to her earlier full-time vocation in the media industry, spanning a little over two decades. Her earlier exploits varied from the fast-paced world of news media to the mundane, as editor of four special interest periodicals, to the more rose-tinted world of greeting cards, as the head of copy and design with industry leaders.

Though it was her overwhelming urge to change and evolve that pushed her into the domain of spirituality. The contradictions and paradoxes of the so-called (present day) masters/teachers and spiritual organisations led to further self-discovery and deep churning. The result was her debut book Living Spirituality where she challenges the norm and decodes spirituality as a way of life that is easily accessible to all.
Meetu holds a graduate and post-graduate degree in English Literature, as well as a post-graduate in mass communication and journalism. She is active on social media. Her Instagram handle @meetubisht_official is where she strives to dispel the discombobulated version of spirituality. Her commentary on life, karma, ego, consciousness, spirituality, planets, and raising soul power elaborates further.
Book Description..!!
Your journey to understanding and ending karma begins here..!!!
Karma, a subject that has intrigued, mystified, and often instilled fear, continues to shape our lives in profound ways. Its complexities often leave us searching for answers and solutions to its seemingly unbreakable grip. But what if there is a way to break free from this cycle?

After her widely acclaimed books Living Spirituality and Why We Are Who We Are, Meetu Bisht yet again reconceptualizes an ancient concept for today’s seekers and offers a refreshing and actionable approach to understanding and tackling karma at its roots. With practical insights into relationship karma, money karma, health karma, and more, the author redefines the workings of karma in the context of modern spiritual needs, providing a growth-oriented and nuanced perspective on the math of cause and effect.
All in all, To the Beginning of the End of Karma serves as a guide to reclaiming control and transforming karmic burdens into opportunities for consciousness ascension and liberation.
To Start Off…!!
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥
Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 47 – You have a right to “Karma” (actions) but never to any Fruits thereof. You should never be motivated by the results of your actions, nor should there be any attachment to not doing your prescribed activities.

Karma, Karma, Karma everywhere..!!
Karma is the energy of the deeds from our past lives that manifest as rewards or challenges in the present. It is said that none of the living bodies in the universe is an exception from the law of karma. As Krishna Paramatma rightly says in Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 20, every soul takes it from one another as a byproduct of Karma Phala. We, as good and bad deeds made in this, or the previous birth, fall prey to Karma’s exertion.
Is Karma that powerful?
While human souls are carriers of transferable energy sinks, karma always pins its way to channel both positive and negative ways. While karma has to do with consequential interaction, we often tend to accept the positive and negative impacts forcefully. However, Karma is an opportunity to learn, develop higher self-awareness, and return to a more empowered inner state, which is coined as the law of Karma, says Meetu Bisht.

Who is Meetu Bisht?
Author of two powerful books, ‘Living Spirituality‘ and ‘Why We Are Who We Are‘. Meetu is more of a spiritual seeker. Largely self-taught, this journey ran parallel to her earlier full-time vocation in the media industry, spanning a little over two decades. Meetu brings practical insights into the karma variants and helps tackle them to minimize the burden and turn them into opportunities for consciousness ascension and liberation.
Karma – A Deeper Understanding..!!
“To the Beginning of the End of Karma” is an anecdote that is broadly classified as Cause and Creation, Method and Manifestation, and a course of action. Though humongous texts, doctrines, and testaments are readily available in the Sanatana dharma, we always lack understanding, mostly due to the subject complexity or lack of guided comprehension.
Authors like Meetu, through this knowledge channel, help to minimize the efforts to get rid of the karmic matrix and to grow the positivity to reclaim the control of karmic influence, plus to embrace divergent prospects. This book gave me a fresh understanding of karma, and its deeper intent gave me the confidence to break the karma cycles through an extensive, resourceful analysis.
Types Of Karma…!!!
Karma is derived from Prarabdha, Kriyamana, Sanchita, and Agami. The author gave a crisp explanation amidst loads of available texts on the internet. While the meaningful understanding of karma lies in tuning pragmatic deeds, the author rightfully fractionated the good and bad faces of karmic impulses. She also dealt with intent, spur, and conquer doctrines of various kismet.
- Sanchita:
- Is the karma that is ‘Accumulated‘ as both good and bad deeds in current and previous lives.
- Prarabdha:
- Is the karma that is ‘Pending‘ from old births that are pushed to current life to minimize their impact.
- Kriyamana:
- Is the karma that is performed in ‘Present‘ deeds added to the balance of Sanchita karma.
- Agami:
- Is the karma that is near ‘approaching‘ and to be accumulated to experience in future lives.

Karma: Course Of Action..!!
The author has spent a considerable number of pages to the benefit of readers to tackle the after-effects of karmic hits. She also helps by sharing her knowledge on breaking the walls of karma, which are brought as a carry forward from the last janam(life). She also elucidates the solutions that are helping aid to handle the karmic negativity. Adorable part in her writing is the way Meetu draws a connection between ego and Karma.
For me, the interesting part of Meetu’s writing is her analytical presentation of a handful of relatable scenarios to identify pending karma effects. The in-depth analogy about karmic connections that are born out of relationships, Money, and Personal reflection is something to look at in this book, as the author’s presentation looks unique and interesting.
Karma: The Myth Burst..!!
While humans have the gifted exception to reverse the karmic negativity, the author gives life-changing pieces of advice to her readers to battle the karma aftermath. She also breaks common myths and helps us equip ourselves with enough enlightenment and paradigm shifts to nullify the impact and march towards guided positivity.

Is the book worth reading?
While there is scattered information detailing on the internet, it is always a known difficulty to those who wish to understand Karma and its effect. Meetu’s book is an ideal choice for karmic knowledge seekers, as the exegesis is unrivalled and engrossing. I do see the author’s knowledge excellence through her writing style and subject contentment. This book is a must-pick and one of my definite best reads of 2025.
End Note..!!
This book is a go-to guide for those undergoing faulty relationships, unhappy minds, chaotic demeanor, conjugal complexity, and many more. A deeply connected companion to quench the thirst of Karmic understanding to bring psychical empowerment to the readers, help faster healing, and open the doors of inner limpidity. This is a lucid guide for the reader’s unanswered questions; the author’s perspective of harnessing Karma as an opportunity rather than a regret trigger is commendable.
Conclusion..!!
This is an apt book to reclaim control and free ourselves from the bondage of karmic influence. Raghav Khattar’s pastel design is appreciable and an added vantage as a striking book cover to this profound guide. The author also included modern-day concerns and helped her readers find the solutions to lead a life free from awful destiny, an indubitable book reverberating the author’s wisdom and apprehension toward karma and its aftereffects.
