Acting as a sort of atlas for consciousness, the chakras centers of spiritual energy that comprise our spiritual anatomy- lead us back to our hearts, ourselves, and the sustainable happiness and meaning we crave.

Along the way, readers will learn:

As grounding as it is groundbreaking, Spiritual Anatomy is a must-read for seekers, meditators, and anyone who wants to cultivate joy in their life.

What is Spiritual Anatomy?

Spiritual Anatomy is an extraordinary adventure, where our self-consciousness undertakes a hobo to the verges of certainty and way farther. It also offers a deeper understanding of the inner meanings of consciousness and jot down the roadmap via innumerable practice and endurance. In other words “Spiritual Anatomy” is a hand-held guide with renditions, methodologies, suggestions, pointers, and so on.

This book was presented by Daaji in three aggregates

  • Read & Enjoy
  • Do & Feel
  • Meditate & Transcend

Read & Enjoy is intended to guide you with the significance of Spiritual Anatomy & Soul Origin. Do & Feel talks about Heartfulness practices, demystifying the Chakras, and counsels the consciousness limitations. Meditate & Transcend is dedicated to in-and-out about chakras and corresponding experiences plus constraints that arise in respective spiritual espouse.

The above dissection is presented in Eight elegant parts illustrating the concepts of “Spiritual Anatomy“. Every part divulges the essence of spiritual anatomy and its applicability. With the proven ability which Daaji owns this book is unique and quintessential towards the deeper insights of higher consciousness.

This is a perfect hardbound book that concentrates and focuses on the spiritual health of human beings. With an emphasis on consciousness, this book offers a handful of recipes and strategies for heartfulness. Daaji’s way of elucidation sets a riveting pitch in mastering our brain through spiritual literacy and practices.

Chakras..!!

I can bet on this book, none of the recent books I came across has given in-detail explication about the common traits of the chakras, Daaji took an entire chapter and spoke exhaustively about sixteen chakras ( and their elemental constitutions, colors, movements, location coordinates, interconnect, conditions, resonance, ecstatic caliber. He also accentuated the chakra’s role in the spiritual anatomy thereby he focused on the levels of chakra and its flowering stages.

The author deep dives further into different regions and respective chakras in the Meditate and Transcend chunk where he unveils the important aspects of the collective consciousness of the human condition via multiple regions. With his thorough knowledge and deeper understanding he presented his exhaustive perceptiveness about chakra regions viz., Heart Region, Mind Region, Central Region, and three additional chakras (root, sacral, and navel chakras).

I am truly honest to admit many of the topics that Daaji illustrated made me flabbergasted and astonished about human anatomy, especially from the spiritual front.  Every chapter/unit accompanies three interesting sections that help to revisit the learnings and this feeds an alluring trait for the upcoming chapters and the suggested practices tabloids. I like the “Ask Daaji” section at the end where Guruji answers interesting questions commonly arising during that chapter.

My Grasp..!!

This book reminds me of the quote “The Human Body is the best picture of the human soul“. Kamesh D Patel ji provided various conceptual examples and commendable effort penning the use-cases and real-life examples along with his personal experiences to make this book interesting and equally intriguing centric on self-consciousness and spiritual anatomy. This book iterates on the need and demands of practicing heartfulness, meditation, relaxation, and awareness to attain the ultimate consciousness.

This magnificent book about “Spiritual Anatomy” targets everyone who wishes to bring joy in their life through meditation, emotional aid, spiritual transformation cum stability, heartfulness, consciousness, and striking the inner potential. If you are a seeker, meditator, or someone who loves to attain inner apprehension this book is a blind choice.

As an ardent book reader, we often relate our reading with the applicatory graphical images, the book that speaks about spiritual anatomy has ample supporting illustrations about chakras, anatomy, and key elements. This is something I call a standout point among those books I went through about chakras, and consciousness in my recent reads.

Accolades..!!

With forty-plus years of profound experience in meditation, heartfulness, and research under his belt and representing as a spiritual guide for the global Heartfulness movement, Daaji’s Spiritual Anatomy unlocks the inner consciousness and enlightens our soul to pave the way for self-transformation.
