Book Description..!!
Do you want speedier decisions? Better outcomes? And avoid costly mistakes?
Your gut can help you. In fact, intuition is an essential tool that all leaders use to get to the top.
If you’ve ever made a choice that looked illogical but proved to be right or had a sixth sense about something, your intuition was at work. Those hunches play a critical role in everything from deciding which job to take, who to hire, and what to focus on. Which means that summoning intuition on demand and listening to what it’s telling you are vital at a time of radical change and instability.

This ground-breaking book draws on the latest science, eye-opening anecdotes from senior leaders, and the author’s own insights gained over 25 years of coaching. It will show you that intuition is a practical, learnable, and immediately applicable skill that will accelerate your career.
To Start…!!
“Intuition at Work” is a workplace guide to effectively utilizing intuition. This beautifully crafted book enlightens readers and helps readers tap into the superpowers within themselves. It reminded me of a famous quote by Albert Einstein, where he says, “The only really valuable thing is intuition.” This quote emphasizes the importance of developing intuition to enhance deeper consciousness and free oneself from mental clutter and overthinking.

Book précis…!!!
Through this book, Jessica offers profound insights into understanding and harnessing intuition, while also building trust in it through her dip-and-flip approach. For me, this is the first of its kind, where the author herself encourages readers to skip sections that may not be relevant to them based on the headings. Breaking away from the traditional use of fact tables, illustrations, and statistics, this book is designed to help readers think, decide, and act by trusting their gut, intuition, and perceptivity..
Inquisitive Emphasis..!!
As this book is more work-centric and AI-driven, the author focuses her writing on intuition of career growth, process reliability, problem-solving methodologies, strategic decision-making, leadership mindset, productivity maximization, and time and energy savings, among other topics. A key highlight of the book is the inclusion of insights from global leaders and Chief Executive Officers, alongside the author’s own viewpoints. This combination clearly reflects the significant effort and research invested in creating and presenting this work, aimed at helping readers unlock the full potential of their intuition.

The greatest achievement of this book lies in its content composition and writing style; full marks to the author for keeping this work crisp, simple, and streamlined.

Author Accolades..!!!
Though the concept of intuition isn’t new to many of us, Jessica’s deep dive into its relatability and the building of trust in intuition is highly appreciable. I never knew that the concept of the sixth sense has the power to bring radical change and accelerate careers, which was clearly evident from the insights the author gained from her 25 years of coaching.

Pro Tip..!!
While the core of the book focuses on the intuitional mindset, in the final pages Jessica provides readers with a curated “Toolkit” to tackle the ten top blocks, along with intuitive exercises. This customized toolkit is a valuable gift for readers addressing intuitive challenges. Whenever readers encounter roadblocks in their work, they can compare their situation with these ten scenarios and find suitable solutions to overcome them. In fact, in several cases, these responses helped me make wiser decisions and overcome unwarranted chaos.
